Brick City Fit is our high-energy functional fitness class designed to help you move better, get stronger, and improve overall athletic performance. Inspired by CrossFit-style training, each workout combines functional movements, strength training, conditioning and cardio to challenge every fitness level. 

No two workouts are the same. Expect a mix of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, sleds, bodyweight movements, and other functional equipment in workouts that keep you motivated and progressing. 

Whether your goal is to build muscle, increase endurance, lose body fat, or simply become stronger for everyday life, Brick City Fit delivers a supportive team atmosphere where you'll be encouraged to push yourself and celebrate your profess.
